You’ll have the instructor all to yourself during this hands-on workshop, and enjoy the benefits of a relaxed, supportive environment to build skill and confidence. Private instruction means more attention, more time for questions, and a much better chance at recreating the dishes you learn to make later on!
Better yet, what those dishes are is largely up to you! Prior to the class, you’ll select four different items from the Sandhya’s Kitchen menu, which offers an extensive selection of traditional Indian dishes, including both appetizers and main course dishes. Grilled Tandoori Tofu, Samosas, Saag Paneer, Tikka Masala, Naan Bread, and Moong Dal Crepes are just a few examples that you can select from.
While you cook, you’ll also take a break to enjoy some healthy chai tea, and a few tasty homemade snacks!
