Improve your speed and flexibility as you practice shadow boxing, footwork skills, padwork, heavy bag training, and various partner coordination drills while you learn a practical set of self-defense skills and build muscle tone and confidence. Note: You will need 16oz boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin pads, a mouthpiece, and a groin protector (for males).
