Learn the proper techniques for all levels of handstand work, and build your strength and coordination through physical exercises and drills. After this class, you should feel more comfortable with getting into and out of a handstand, and going upside-down/vertical in general. With all your practice in class, you’ll be more physically confident in your handstand capabilities and look mighty cool doing them on or off the pole.
