About this Activity
Raise the bar up on how low you can go! They're something we all want, but constantly struggle with. This class will focus on getting you as low as you can go. We will work on opening up those hips and legs for splits, as well as conditioning to strengthen, lengthen and hold splits in a variety of positions. We will also work on back, shoulders and chest, to open up and lean back with confidence. With practice, you’ll feel ready to split from just about any position!
