In this class, you’ll take to the mat and learn all about MMA through hands-on experience. Practice techniques in grappling and striking such as kicks, takedowns, throws, and escapes. Your professional instructor will guide you along the way as you become familiar with the rules of the mat and develop your skill. Your body and mind will feel the positive results as you gain strength, increase stamina, and sharpen your mental awareness. No experience? No problem. This class is open to all skill levels.
