Are you currently scratching your head and wondering “What in the world is rolling?” If this is true, you’ve got the majority on your side. If you do happen to know about rolling, you’re like already practicing some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. No matter who you are, you’re invited to give this activity a try. Rolling, or free sparring, is a form of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that centers on ground fighting and the concept of tapping out. With the help of a professional instructor, you’ll learn how to use proper techniques such as locks, guards, and submissions. You’ll also gain a deeper level of fitness as you build coordination and strength through your practice.
