Grapple your way through this self-defense class, designed to teach you how to take down any opponent -- regardless of your or their strength or size -- using leverage and proper technique! You’ll improve flexibility, stamina, and muscular strength, while training your mind and body to react quickly and effectively to any opponent or attacker. Practice joint locks, chokes, and escapes in a safe and controlled environment, where you’ll get a great workout as well as a taste of this martial art.
