Cancellations more than 21 days in advance of your scheduled activity, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations more than 14 and less than 21 days in advance of your scheduled activity, you will be charged a $10 per person cancellation fee. There will be no refunds given, and payment will be forfeited if cancellation notice is provided 14 days or less in advance of your scheduled activity. Money forfeited may not be applied to any outstanding balances. All class & programs signups are transferable to another person, but not another date. Transferring to another date is the same as cancelling. Class or Program Under Enrollment: At least 4 students must be enrolled in a scheduled activity within 3 days of the start date. If only one person is enrolled in a class or program, he or she may pay the private rate or may choose to cancel or reschedule.
