    Boxing - Trial Class

From there, you’ll work through a variety of exercises to perfect your jabs, hooks, crosses, and uppercuts. You’ll even put them together in original and practical combinations. You will practice with defensive movements and footwork. Described as “The Sweet Science,” boxing is about more than fists-- it’s a science of strategy, defense, diversions, and instinct. In this all-levels class, you’ll learn all of those and more under the tutelage of expert instructors. You’ll also learn valuable self-defense techniques. Shadow boxing without a partner, you’ll practice combinations (eg. jab-cross-hook) while receiving constructive feedback.
