You'll head out on a small, open-air boat capable of navigating the winding tidal creeks around Capers Island. Capers is one of the few undeveloped barrier islands; an excellent venue for marine and wildlife viewing.

Arriving on the island, you'll have 1.5 hours to explore the beach and interior freshwater ponds. Common sightings on the way and on the island include bottlenose Dolphins, Pelicans, Bald Eagles, Osprey, Herons, and Egrets. You'll also use nets and habitat traps to get a closer look at marine creatures, making this an excellent, family-friendly learning adventure.
