On the menu: Kondo Souvlaki (spit-roasted pork butt), Chicken or Pork Souvlaki (shish kabob), Loukaniko (Greek-style sausage), and Grilled Grecian Chicken and Sheftalia. While the foukou does its thing, you'll also prepare a mezze platter to share.
