Want to learn martial arts, but can’t decide which style is right for you? This is your chance to get a free introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and get a feel for the sport!

BJJ utilizes a combination of hip-takedowns and throws that turn your assailant’s momentum against them to ensure that, no matter the size-difference, you’ll be in a position take your opponent to the ground. You’ll practice an arsenal of techniques designed to win the ground game, including chokes and joint locks meant to immobilize.

You’ll receive instruction from a martial artist trained in the discipline. Your instructor will focus on the fundamentals and teach you how to apply those techniques during live sparring sessions. In addition to building confidence in your ability to win a fight, you’ll be getting a great workout that develops both your stamina and flexibility.
