You'll witness this unique experience and participate in the process. Afterwards, dinner’s on the house! These hogs are a true treat to eat, being that they are locally-raised and exquisitely rare. Bring a drink or two and enjoy a glass of wine during this fine carnivorous evening. At the end of class, take home your own cuts of the hog and roast them as you learned during class.
