A must!! Patrick in the tour is simply perfect. To hear the great way spirits are made makes the experience keep you wanting more. I drank the Jungle Feather during the tour and after, great "fall-like" notes. The tour is Sooooooo worth your time.

We went here tonight and had an amazing time! Drinks are very inventive and delicious. The food menu is small but had some gems. We got a charcuterie plate, burger and the tuna stack. All the food was delicious and came out fast. Staff here is awesome and we even got a free welcome cocktail tasting. I suggest going here for a light dinner or after dinner cocktails.

Impressive and innovative cocktails... great small plates and trendy ambiance. Came here for a birthday dinner and the sever, Patrick (shout out!) was attentive, friendly and very well versed on all aspects of the menu. Will recommend, will return!

Attended an event here last night and I had never heard of it so I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. They had a cute little patio and the inside had a great vibe. The staff was so nice and attentive. Even in the midst of attending a free event lunch party for their national tea month cocktail specials. They had delicious snacks out for us and the food coming out of the little prep area smelled delicious and looks great too. I'll for sure be back to try everything on the menu. Their Chicago made spirits were delicious and I'm not even hungover today!!

Personally, I'm a huge bio nerd so I loved the chemistry aspects. Loved seeing the process and the products of each part in the distillation process, and of course, the free samples were amazing! Some of the smoothest vodka I've ever had!
