Ever wish you had the body of an athlete? Learn to train like one with this hard-hitting cardio kickboxing class!
You’ll be working with fitness coaches that get their own kicks from delivering results and fully support their students goals no matter their ability or fitness level.
The core of this workout class is constructed from the kicks and punches common to the martial arts style of kickboxing, which you’ll practice during shadowboxing drills and bagwork. While these alone give your body a fantastic workout, you’ll also engage in cardio and resistance training.
With this kickboxing-based approach, you’ll not only be burning through calories like never before, but you’ll also be toning your body while developing stamina, flexibility, fighting form, and power.

Note: Hand wraps and boxing gloves will be available for purchase, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
