I spent a wonderful four days training here on a visit to Chicago and was treated to exceptional quality Muay Thai classes instructed by four different masters of the art. Each session combined technical drills and cardio blasts in perfect balance. All the members here are friendly and great partners. The facility is well equipped and very clean. If I lived in Chicago I would definitely train here. Thank you Jim and everyone who I trained with for four fun filled classes and I look forward to seeing and training with you all next year when I return.

I've been training at Chicago Muay Thai for about a year now. It's definitely best work out I ever had. Very knowledgeable instructors, with great communication, and will encouragingly push you to achieve things you didn't think you could.They touch all aspects of MuayThai training. Teaching is very detail oriented, which helps strengthen basic striking/defense techniques, as well as your balance, movement and coordination.

Just visited that gym from out of town. Very welcoming and friendly staff, as well as fighters. You will also get great instruction and training in traditional Muay Thai. Will gladly go back again!

First I'll say that it's a very physically demanding activity, but don't let that statement discourage you by any means. It's all about pushing yourself to finish the task. So overall I had a great experience as a first timer. The teachers were very insightful and hands on. Everyone who needed "help" at certain point definitely received it. The fellow students were super friendly as well. I'll be coming back for sure.

I train in kickboxing in Boston, and wanted to try out a similar gym in Chicago when I was there.
I took the advanced sparring class with Chicago Muay Thai's fight team on Saturday and thought it was great. The class was a great combination of fitness, technique, and open sparring.
Most importantly, the fellow fighters there were great. Every one of them made an effort to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. This is not just a great gym, but a great community as well.

Went for a trial one day and was immediately hooked. Awesome exhausting classes for any level.
I've been to around 5 classes now, and have never had the same instructor or even sniffed the same workout. Kicks, punches, grappling all get thrown in the mix. I've already learned quite a bit, and can't wait to start sparring in the more advanced classes.
Also INSANE cardio, haven't had such a rewarding hard workout in a long time
