Float like a butterfly, sting like a... you know the gist. In this class, put Muhammad Ali’s famous advice to use as you learn how to box like the pros. You’ll spend some time learning about history of boxing before developing a strong foundation by working on the basic strikes and combinations. Next, you will learn how to make those strikes even more effective in addition to practicing fundamental stances and movements. You’ll be sure to get a great workout that will push you both mentally and physically. This class will literally punch you into shape.
