About this Activity
Hapkido is the most eclectic of all the Korean martial arts, and with over 3000 techniques, it is the original “mixed martial art.” It utilizes dynamic kicking and percussive hand strikes at longer ranges, and pressure point strikes, joint locks, and throws at closer fighting distances. You'll learn all of these techniques in this class, while also utilizing non-resisting movements to control your opponent.
