You’ll workout on state-of-the-art climbing walls, learning from a professional climbing instructor. Learn essential techniques such as proper spotting and falling, topping out, and down-climbing. This class offers a great introduction to the sport and the facilities at First Ascent Climbing & Fitness, and is also an opportunity to meet some climbing buddies.
In addition to being great fun, bouldering is also a great way to get in shape, whether working out in the gym, or prepping for future outdoor adventures!
