Learn the art of making molded candies and sweets in this fascinating class! Chef Kelly will teach you how to temper chocolate, pour into molds and compliment with a variety of fillings. You'll learn how to mold delicious chocolates and fill them with dreams (or caramel) and craft beautiful sugar sculptures. Students will take home a variety of candies made in class.
