Learn the delicate (and flakey) art of making the perfect croissant. In this new class Chef Kelly will show you the stages of making croissant dough from scratch. After that you’ll use the croissant dough to make Pain Au Chocolate; Plain Croissants; Almond Croissants; Ham and Cheese Croissants.
Don’t go to France, just head over to Give Me Some Sugar. After this class, you’ll be able to eat homemade croissants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert -- and you probably will.
