You’ll learn to make mouthwatering fondant icing from scratch, add color to it, and use fondant cut-outs to turn a chocolate cake into a treat for the eyes, as well as the stomach! Plus, pick up techniques for crumb coating a cake (or cupcakes).

With the skills you learn in this class, you’ll be able to produce boutique-quality cakes from your home kitchen! Plus, you’ll take home a few tasty treats to prove it!
