You will work with both buttercream AND fondant to decorate your cake in this class. Your instructor will demonstrate how to level, cut, fill and assemble a pre-made chocolate cake and color buttercream with gel color.
From there, you’ll learn the proper way to crumb coat a cake, fill a piping bag, use a coupler, exchange tips and various piping techniques. You will also learn how to handle, color and roll fondant to cover your cake. Whatever you call it you will be able to take your super cute, six-inch cake home with you!
