Today, it has evolved into a unique workout routine that will get you moving and quickly burning calories. This hula hoop class will strengthen your core and tone muscles throughout your body. You’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of waist hooping so you can get the rhythm down. Then, expand to performance worthy tricks, as you dance to uniquely choreographed routines. By the end of class, you will be sweating and burning from a workout that’s unlike any other out there.
