At Gracie Barra, you'll be learning self-defense from experts. During this class you'll focus on developing your striking combinations of punches, kicks, elbow, knees and shins. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you'll learn to use kickboxing and Muay Thai to beat your opponent in the ring and defend yourself against potential threats. This class isn't for the meek, so get ready to work challenge yourself mentally and physically!
