The goals of krav maga are fighting and self-defense. Even the Israeli military relies on krav maga concepts for their ground training. During this martial arts class, begin by learning the fighting stances and movements, various punches, kicks from standing and ground positions, and how to work your elbows and knees. Whew. Did you get all of that? In addition to practicing attack maneuvers, you'll practice self-defense moves against punches, chokes, headlocks, and wrist grabs. No matter how an attacker comes at you, you’ll have the perfect defense.

Note: This is a free trial class for first time students only. A parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver form upon arrival for individuals under the age of 18.
