    Beginners Krav Maga

    KM Civilian Force hosts a core Krav Maga self-defense program for civilians, modeled after military and law enforcement force programs that blends fitness, as well as training in combatives, self-defense techniques, and ground fighting. Civilian Force was designed to better prepare the average citizen, like yourself, to defend and escape violent and dangerous encounters, while increasing your sense of awareness and ability to recognize potentially dangerous situations before they happen. At Civilian Force, you will have the opportunity to put your self-defense training to the test while being put through a variety of stress, conditioning, and exhaustion drills that will simulate realistic violent encounters and attacks, involving single and multiple attackers. Your goal is to develop the endurance, self-confidence, and mindset necessary to survive an attack by whatever means necessary.

    Krav Maga Woman's Self Defense

    Although anyone can be the victim of a violent crime, women often face the most brutal types of attacks, including robberies, criminal sexual assaults, and date rape. This women’s program will teach you how to safely and effectively fight off attackers of any size and in a variety of realistic situations using a series of combatives such as punches, kicks, and by using your knees and elbows. You will focus on defending against chokes, grabs, bearhugs, and fighting from the ground. Since women are often smaller and appear physically weaker than male attackers, and therefore, face a physical disadvantage, the women’s program will emphasize using quick, explosive movements and targeting the vital parts of an attacker's body, while learning how to use your own body weight to generate the most power possible and deliver effective defenses and counter attacks. Finally, this training will help to build up the self-confidence and create the mindset necessary to eliminate fear and self-doubt and, ultimately, survive by any means necessary.
