Is the art of the foukou all Greek to you? Add a succulent spin to your BBQ skill set. Master an ancient grilling technique and create delicious rotisserie dishes during this hands-on culinary workshop!

My Chef Station offers a polished, social learning environment to help satiate your foodie inclinations. Learn all about the foukou and Cypriot grilling techniques under the guidance of a grilling aficionado, and work with your classmates to prepare several Greek-style courses.

On the menu: Kondo Souvlaki (spit-roasted pork butt), Chicken or Pork Souvlaki (shish kabob), Loukaniko (Greek-style sausage), and Grilled Grecian Chicken and Sheftalia.

While the foukou does its thing, you’ll also prepare a mezze platter to share. Nibble happily while the class instructor answers questions and offers insights into the tasty world of Greek seasoning and marinades. Bring your favorite beer or wine to add to the fun!
