If you’re someone who likes to push yourself to do better and be stronger, then Parkour is for you. Also called Freerunning, Parkour is a physical discipline that teaches you to traverse the urban jungle like a Tarzan/Bruce Lee mashup. Run, jump and climb with the kind of precision and creativity you knew you had all along. You’ll develop functional strength and fitness, but also learn to both trust and master yourself in a safe, playful way. You’ll walk (or run or handstand) away from this class as just a little bit Spider Man (spidey sense not included).

Note: This is a women’s only class. Women’s classes are the exact same content as the general classes. They are offered for women who may be less comfortable with a class of mostly guys.

Regular classes require a minimum of three students.
