This combat style makes use of the eight points of contact provided by the hands, elbows, knees, and shins to generate a devastating flurry of unstoppable attacks. You’ll master a range of strikes involving each point during drills and bag work until they’re second nature. And you’ll develop reaction time and situational thinking through controlled sparring practice.

In addition to being a popular combat sport and self-defense style, Muay Thai is also recognized as an extremely effective workout regimen that strengthens and sculpts the body.
