Learn to make coconut chutney (coriander and coconut relish) and dosa (flaky crepes) and warm the spirit with rasam soup (fiery tomato lentil with ginger). Experience authentic Indian flavors from your own kitchen instead of your usual takeout place. Afterwards, you will be able to sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you just prepared.
