You’ll learn healthy, quick, and wholesome recipes for everyday living, creating dishes like aloo puri (whole wheat bread with tandoori potatoes), pav bhaji (spiced mixed vegetables on open bun), and raita (spiced yogurt). Note: All classes include instruction of nine dishes and are followed by a sit-down dinner.
