Also called Freerunning, Parkour is a physical discipline that teaches you to traverse the urban jungle like an American Ninja Warrior. Although the emphasis is on developing functional strength and body fitness, you’ll also learn to trust yourself as you master the art of parkour in a safe, playful way.
