About this Activity
You probably know who Bruce Lee is (if you don’t- short guy, good kicker, great dancer), but did you know that he officially started his martial arts career practicing Wing Chun? At Reach Fieldhouse you’ll get started practicing the economical, close-range combat that is the Wing Chun style. You’ll improve your physical fitness, as well as learn self-defense techniques for the real world. While you’re developing your body, you’ll also be developing your concentration and your self-confidence. By the end, you probably won’t be able to emulate Lee’s one-inch punch, but you will be able to take care of yourself in a tight spot.
