In this all-levels-welcome class, gain insight and training on the basics of striking, clinching, and takedowns. With combat grappling and Mixed-Martial Arts (MMA) training, experience a great workout and perfect your ground fighting capabilities. In this class, you’re welcome to work at your own pace and take notes on techniques specific to your needs and interests. Develop, gain insight, and learn the tools you need to feel physically prepared for anything.
