Through the guidance of a professional health and wellness chef, you’ll discover which carbs are vital to clean eating and which should be kicked to the curb. You’ll also sample delectable dishes prepared by the chef that highlight healthy eating, including baked oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts, kale salad with sun-dried tomatoes and crispy chickpeas, edamame and corn succotash hash, pan-fried quinoa cakes with creamy harissa white bean sauce, and sesame-nori brittle.
