Let your senses sail away on a Caribbean Cruise as you smell, touch, and taste the foods of the islands in this all-levels cooking class. A professional chef will be your cruise director as you learn all about the region’s favorite fare and how to prepare it in your own home. Practice important skills such as selecting the best meat and produce, grilling shrimp, cutting mangoes and pineapple, roasting pork, cooking rice, and baking custard. You’ll work in small groups with your classmates to create delicious menu items like jerk shrimp skewers with mango relish, adobo roasted pork loin, caribbean rice, and pudín de pan (spiced pineapple bread pudding). Then, take a seat at the table and enjoy your handmade island feast.

Note: All necessary equipment is provided. Teens 12 and up are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
