You'll discover fresh, exotic flavors at every port of call on this sensory trip around the Mediterranean. Let a professional chef be your cruise director as you learn to whip up delicious dishes like fattoush (mediterranean salad with toasted pita), Moroccan braised chicken with apricots, warm couscous salad with orange zest and fresh herbs, and baklava pastries. You’ll work in groups as you create your dishes and practice important skills such as working with phyllo dough, cutting tomatoes, braising chicken, steaming couscous, and making nut fillings. Then, cast your sails as you set out on the feast of a lifetime (that just happened to be made by your own two hands).

Note: All necessary equipment is provided. Teens 12 and up are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
