Learn how to prepare delicious Middle Eastern fare from a professional chef in an all-levels class sure to elevate your kitchen game. Work alongside classmates to create tasty dishes like hummus with pita chips, Arabian chicken with spiced rice and yogurt sauce, oven-roasted cauliflower with harissa, garlic, and cilantro, and cardamom and pistachio shortbread cookies. As you cook, you'll practice new skills such as preparing bean dip, cooking rice, braising chicken, making savory yogurt sauces, working with spices, and preparing short dough.
