Learn the secrets to cooking up rich Cuban cuisine that is sure to spice up your weekly dinner menu. In this all-levels class, you’ll follow along with a professional chef as you craft tantalizing dishes including enchilado de camarones (deviled shrimp), sautéed pork medallions with cumin-orange mojo sauce, cilantro rice, and tres leches cake. As you prepare dishes with fellow classmates, you’ll practice important skills like selecting the best meat and fish, braising shrimp, sautéing pork, cooking rice, and mixing cake batter. When the cooking is complete, you’ll take a seat at the table and enjoy the tasty rewards of a job well done.

Note: All necessary equipment is provided. Teens 12 and up are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
