You'll work alongside classmates to create delectable dishes such as herbed flatbread with roasted vegetables and goat cheese, fried chicken with apple and kohlrabi slaw, and dark chocolate toffee brownies. As you prepare your food, you'll discover essential techniques for gluten-free cooking like working with grain and nut flours as well as preparing gluten-free dough, batter, and breading. Once you've finished creating your dishes, you'll sit down to a sampling of your freshly made gluten-free fare.
