In this all-levels class, you’ll follow along as a professional chef teaches you the basics of Indian vegetarian cuisine. Practice techniques such as properly selecting produce, preparing and baking flatbread, steaming and roasting vegetables, and incorporating Indian spices into your recipes. Join up with other classmates as you prepare menu items like eggplant bharta, kofta (vegetable dumplings simmered in curry), raita, and baked naan. When you’ve completed your cooking, you’ll sit down and enjoy an Indian feast prepared by your own hands. What could be more satisfying than that?
