Take your knife skills to the next level with this advanced group class that combines both cutting and cooking to get the most out of your culinary exploration. With your professional instructor leading the way, you’ll learn the proper techniques to cut challenging foods like potatoes, mangoes, pineapples, squash, leeks, oranges, and avocados. Enjoy the fruits of your labor (literally) as you transform your handiwork into delicious recipes including pineapple, mango, and tomato salsa with tortilla chips and Fregola pasta with caramelized butternut squash, apples, and walnuts. You’ll also learn the art of selecting produce and how to properly balance flavors in your cooking.

Note: All necessary equipment is provided. Teens 12 and up are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
