These tasty little dumplings of Italian descent are ready to make an appearance at your dinner table. Follow along as a professional chef teaches you the secrets to creating such delicious dishes as potato gnocchi with sausage and leek ragu, spinach gnocchi with roasted garlic butter and toasted breadcrumbs, and cauliflower gnocchi au gratin with roasted red peppers and gorgonzola cheese. As you work alongside classmates, you’ll practice essential skills like selecting potatoes, shaping and cooking gnocchi, selecting sausage, and working with leeks.
