How can such a tiny treat be so delicious? Discover the answer as a professional pastry chef takes you through the fine art of creating the macaron. You’ll whip up three tantalizing varieties, including chocolate macarons with raspberry jam and coffee buttercream, toasted coconut crunch macarons with salted caramel filling, and lemon macarons with white chocolate lemon ganache. Practice the techniques of the masters, from selecting the best chocolate and whipping egg whites to using a piping bag and making ganache. You’ll work in small groups as you build your skills and see your works of art come together, step by step. Then sit back and taste the sweet satisfaction of a job well done.

Note: All necessary equipment is provided. Teens 12 and up are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
