Working in groups, you'll cook up satisfying recipes like arugula and pine nut salad with lemon vinaigrette, porcini mushroom and herb risotto, eggplant parmesan, and fresh ricotta and chocolate filled cannoli. Practice important techniques such as making vinaigrettes, sauteing eggplant, and balancing flavors.
