With a professional chef ready to guide you along the way, you’ll learn about the region’s cuisine and discover the secrets to preparing dishes like a pro. Working in groups, you’ll cook up satisfying recipes like arugula and pine nut salad with lemon vinaigrette, porcini mushroom and herb risotto, eggplant parmesan, and fresh ricotta and chocolate filled cannoli. Practice important techniques such as making vinaigrettes, sauteing eggplant, and balancing flavors. When your creations are complete, you’ll sit down and savor the fruits of your labor in true Italian fashion.
