In this all-levels class, a professional chef will guide you along as you work with classmates to create a true Moroccan feast. You’ll prepare such satisfying dishes as Marrakesh pizza with chickpeas and cilantro, grilled chicken tagine with roasted red peppers and kalamata olive, roasted cherry tomatoes and fingerling potatoes with mint yogurt sauce, and honey and almond shortbread with citrus. As you make your way through recipes, you’ll practice vital culinary skills like rolling and shaping pizza dough, selecting and grilling chicken, determining meat doneness, making yogurt sauces, and preparing shortbread dough. When the food is out of the oven, you’ll pick up a fork and feast on the fruits of your labor.

Note: All necessary equipment is provided. Teens 12 and up are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
