Break out the frying pan and get ready to learn the culinary secrets of the Midwest. In this all-levels class, a professional chef will take you through the fine art of Wisconsin fish frying as you create a complete menu that will bring the whole family to the table. You'll work in small groups to create such mouthwatering dishes as beer cheddar soup with rye croutons, beer-battered walleye with lemony tartar sauce, malt vinegar roasted potatoes, and cabbage, celery, and apple slaw. For dessert, there's brownies a la mode. When you're done cooking, you'll take a seat at the table with your classmates and enjoy the fruits of your labor, fried up to perfection.

Note: All necessary equipment is provided. Teens 12 and up are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult to participate. No experience necessary.
