Experience a form of self-defense that’s passive in outlook, resistant in nature, and gives you the ability to foster pure aggression. Train yourself with a class on the combat system of Krav Maga (Hebrew for “contact combat” or “contact fight”), which implements a philosophy of threat neutralization, simultaneous defensive and offensive maneuvers, and aggression. The main goal of the class is to increase your self-defense and awareness with stress drills and fight techniques to prepare yourself for any situation. Plus, by learning Krav Maga, you get to stay fit while having fun at the same time!
