In this class, you will learn fundamental Muay Thai techniques, including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, standing grappling, and head-butts to wear down and knock out your opponent. Harness devastating power, speed, and endurance in this safe training that puts a lot of emphasis on keeping fighters healthy between fights. Embrace this art form that has influence far outside of the fighting ring!
